1. Donations

  • All donations made to Act of Kindness are considered voluntary and non-refundable. 
  • We encourage donors to check donation amounts and details carefully before submitting. 
  • Refunds will only be considered if there was a technical error, duplicate transaction, or if a donation was made fraudulently. 

2. Requesting a Refund

  • If you believe your donation was made in error or wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction. 
  • Refund requests must be sent to tahirsatia@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request. 
  • Include your full name, contact information, date of donation, donation amount, and reason for the request. 

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. 
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests not meeting the above criteria. 

4. Cancellations (Recurring Donations)

  • If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at tahirsatia@gmail.com or by managing the recurring payment through your bank or payment provider. 
  • Please notify us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation to ensure cancellation is processed in time. 

5. Event and Campaign Contributions

  • Contributions made toward specific campaigns, sponsorships, or fundraising events are also non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Act of Kindness. 
  • In the case of cancellation, we will provide the option of a refund or redirecting the funds to another charitable cause.
